Here are just a few of the Frequently Asked Questions about Harrison Village Campground and RV Park, our policies, our facilities, and amenities.
What is checkout time?
We ask that overnight guests depart by 1l:30 a.m. If you need to stay later, there is a $10 charge. Please let the office staff know if you need to stay longer.
What is the best way to make a reservation?
Please call Harrison Village Campground and RV Park at 870-743-3388. If it is after hours, we will try to answer your call. If we are away from the office, please leave a clear message with your name and phone number and someone will get back to you shortly.
What’s your payment policy?
At the time your reservation is taken, we ask you to provide a credit card number to reserve a site. At the time of check in, we can run your credit card for the days you stay with us. We also accept cash or checks.
What’s your Reservation Cancellation Policy?
If you need to cancel your reservation, we need a 48-hour notice. If we do not hear from you, we will charge your card for one night.
What’s your Change Policy?
No service charges are applied for changes to your reservation.
What’s the longest rig-length you can take?
45-foot RV or fifth wheel. If you are pulling a trailer, we may have to park it in our trailer location if it extends past the length of your campsite. There will be room for you to park a car or truck.
Do you accept dogs?
We do accept most dogs, with a few exceptions. If you have questions regarding your dog’s acceptance, then please call ahead. We do ask that you do not leave your dog unattended outside of your rig and that you keep your dog on a leash at all time outside of your rig. We do provide a dog walk area, and request that you clean up after your dog.
Do you have cable or satellite television service?
Expanded cable television service (36 channels) is provided by the park. If you have your own satellite, we do have sites clear of any obstructions to reception.
Will I be able to watch movies or play games on your WI-FI?
After purchasing the park in April 2018, we upgraded the Wi-Fi from 10 mgs to 100 mgs! You should be able to stream your favorite movies or play games on your Wi-Fi.
What is Cellphone Service like?
Cellphone service is excellent.
Can I get my mail there?
Extended stay residents are welcome to have their mail sent here.
Does UPS or Fed Ex deliver there?
Yes. If you are not an extended-stay resident, and are expecting a package, please let the office know.
Do you sell propane?
We do have a propane filling station and certified technicians. Please be aware that if your tanks are older than 12 years on the day you request a fill, according to the law, we cannot fill your tanks. However, we can recertify your tank for $10 and then can refill your tank.
Do you sell ice?
Yes. We sell bagged ice.
How far from the nearest shopping and restaurants?
We are just outside the city limits of Harrison. There you will find a Wal-Mart, plenty of restaurants, including some fast food and upscale restaurants.
What are some of your area attractions?
Caves, Hiking Trails, Float Trips (on the Buffalo and White Rivers), Bull Shoals Lake, Craft & Antique Shopping, Karts & Mini Golf, The Passion Play in Eureka Springs, Branson, MO.
